Tillandsia xerographica is the King and/or Queen of the air plants! A hardy, easy-care favorite among florists and designers with a circular star shap, minty-green color, and curling leaves its a focal point in any terrarium, tablescape, arrangement, standing alone in a wedding bouquet or simply thrown on a shelf or perched in a vessel. Origin Mexico, Guatemala, and El Salvador. One of the few air plants that can handle direct sunlight. Prefers less watering (xeric), doing well with misting over soaks and does not like water remaining in its central vase. Water less and leaves to be more tightly curled, more water will cause the leaves to loosen for a fuller shape. Frequency of watering should be adjusted depending on your climate, where you keep it and how curly you want it to be!
