Anna Maria’s Foods:   Unexpected savory & sweet jams from vegetables and fruit herb combinations that are great with cheese, cured meats and pâté.  Plus tomato sauces, salad dressings and other condiments.  All from their Torino, Italy originated family recipes.

Asian Farmer Dumplings:  Made-from-scratch dumplings using local ingredients.  Chicken, beef, pork and vegetable choices.

Babka Paradise: Fresh made babka (chocolate & cinammon), knishes, scones & blintzes.

Baron’s International Kitchen:  Authentic Caribbean sauces, marinades and condiments made in the Hudson Valley.

Bombay Emerald Chutney Company:  Gourmet Chutney (5 flavors), Vegetarian Roti Rolls (eat-in or take home), frozen vegan Indian take-home dinners (Samosas, Kofta, Saag, and Rajma) and Ayurvedic spices.

Coyote Kitchen: Small batch jams, jellies & marmalades made with local, seasonal fruits and herbs from Hudson Valley farms plus nut butters by Vermont Peanut Butter Company.

Dan Madura Farms:  Home grown produce from the black dirt region of NY including a large variety of exotic mushrooms: Maitake (hen of the woods), Shiitake, Yellow & Grey Oyster, King Oyster, Pioppini, Lion’s Mane, Beech, Crimini & Portobello’s.

Deep Roots Farm: Located in Hudson NY on 12 acres, their mission is to provide local communities with access to high-quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables through means of organic and sustainable crop production. The farm adheres to all NOFA-NY organic standards and is in transition to becoming certified organic. They also make great specialty products such as pickles, hot sauces, salsas, pestos, and kimchi.

Deliciously Alicia’s:  Gluten-free and organic savory & sweet prepared foods including empanadas, pot pies, focaccia and Alicia’s famous crumbcake. 

DiRiso Risotto Balls: Homemade Italian food by Hastings based Riccardo Befi including 3 varieties of risotto balls, fresh mozzarella, pesto, and cappacola sandwiches (with roasted red peppers, roasted eggplant, arugula, fresh mozz & truffle oil on focaccia).

Found Herbal: Herbal products from Jessica Mullins, clinical herbalist.  Her mission is supporting wellness through exceptional natural remedies and safe, quality herbal products. The entire Found Herbal line is hand-crafted using high quality certified organic or ethically wild-crafted ingredients.  

The Fish Dock: (Occassional vendor). Featuring wild caught fish from the pristine waters of Iceland and flown in regularly to provide the freshest quality products.

Freakin’ Vegan:  Plant-based and delicious prepared comfort foods including their famous empanadas plus pot pies, tamales, tarts, chili, pastas and more. 

The Guac Spot:  Headed up by AVOCADO-OBSESSED husband & wife team John & Syl, they create avocado inspired cuisine including guacamole, dressings, ice cream and brownies.  Plus, cooked-to-order tacos (meat & vegan choices)!
 

Hillrock Estate Distillery:  Solera aged boubon plus estate single malt & rye whiskeys. “Our mission is to produce the finest hand-crafted spirits made with our own grain, floor malted, craft distilled in our copper pot still, aged in fine oak and hand bottled at our estate in the Hudson Valley Highlands.”  

Let Them EAT PITA:  Vegetarian, healthy and homemade foods such as made-to-order falafel sandwiches, hummus bowls, Israeli chopped salads and other middle eastern delicacies from their brand new mobile food cart.  

The Luscious Little Dessert Company:   All natural southern style pies, pound cakes, cookies & moist breads inspired by owner Diana’s great grandmother “Big Ma”.

Nahmias et Fils: Yonkers based distillery featuring Mahia, the national spirit of Morocco made from figs and “Legs Diamond” Whiskey (100% organic rye).

Ol’ Darlin: High quality natural soaps, salves and other body care products using organic and natural ingredients source locally whenever possible.

The OUTSIDE IN Coffee Bar:  Serving quality, ethically-sourced coffee from Irving Farm Coffee Roasters.  Roasted daily in the Hudson Valley. 

Paolo’s Kitchen:  Italian dinners on-the-go, prepared from scratch providing busy families the opportunity to eat healthy, home-cooked meals.  “We buy from local producers, using only the best possible ingredients and let the natural flavors do the work”, says owner Paolo Viera.

Pine Island Brewery:  Award winning small batch, rustic brewery located in the Black Dirt Region making high quality genuine American craft beer.

Rebecca’s Paradise: Natural skin care products including facial cleansers, moisturizers, toners, masks, oils, bath and body, lip balms and scrubs for face & body.

Rockland Roots Kitchen:  Farm-to-table, cooked-to-order and prepared foods by Chef Brian Holbach.  “It’s always been our dream to offer our customers the same high quality food we feed our own family, and when local isn’t available, we strive for pesticide free, cage free, non-GMO, and certified organic ingredients”.

Southtown Farms:  First generation family farm specializing in pasture raised chicken and pork on 60 acres in Blairstown and Lafayette NJ. Also offering grass-fed beef and lamb from Black Run Farm. All products are antibiotic and hormone free and certified Non-GMO. Certified “Veteran Grown” by the Homegrown by Heroes program. 

Wave Hill Breads:  “The best bread on the East Coast”  (The Splendid Table, NPR).   Breads and pastries crafted from organic whole grains milled at their artisan micro-bakery in Norwalk, CT.

Wild Sea Salt:  Healthful seasoning on the wild side.  Natural sea salt that is nutritionally dense, with less sodium, but more vitamins and minerals and sourced in the USA by Chef Lisa.

Anthi’s Greek Food:  Fresh, healthy, delicious Greek cuisine. Their food is authentic and the menu boasts flavorful Greek inspired dishes and flavors such as Tsatsiki, Moussaka and Spinach Pie with plenty of vegetarian options.

Arlotta Food Studios:  Organic Olive Oils, Herbal and Fruit Infused Oils, Balsamic Vinegars, tapenades & organic handmade air dried pasta.

Chocolate Calling:  From owner Grace Dadoyan’s love of chocolate and a desire to eat healthier, organic foods, Chocolate Calling was born.  All the chocolate used is organic and fair-trade, and all of her products are handmade and vegan.  Offerings include:  Cookies (Double Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Greek Sesame chocolate-dipped), Bars (Mint Chocolate,   Raspberry-Cacao,  Toasted Coconut, Salted Almond), Black Sesame Seed Bark, Chocolate-Covered Pretzels and more.

Irvington Delight:  Fresh made Middle Eastern delicacies by Amal and Nabeel Rabadi including four different flavors of homemade hummus and their family favorite, chicken shawerma, a local best-seller in Westchester.  Expect also to see baba ganouj, muhamarra (walnut spread), tabouleh salad and stuffed grape leaves.

Nahmias et Fils, the Water of Life: Mahia: This national spirit of Morocco is handcrafted in the Hudson Valley. Nahmias et Fils is the only source for locally-produced award-winning Mahia in the U.S. inspired by a 1900 heirloom Nahmias family recipe from the village of Taznakht, Nahmias Mahia. Regularly toasted in Casablanca as the most exceptional in all of Morocco. Mahia is to Morocco as Tequila is to Mexico.

Legs Diamond  Whiskey: 100% organic rye sustainably grown from local farms. Named after celebrity Prohibition bootlegger and gangster Legs Diamond  who enjoyed life and spirits, good whiskey and rye.  His nickname “Legs” was inspired by his dancing talent and ability to elude enemies. While the turbulent times of Legs Diamond’s life in the 20’s and 30’s wasn’t peaceful, the spirits did bring calm to many.
