Dear Friends ,
 
We had a most spectacular opening of ‘Harvest Season’ last Sunday.  Roots Cafe Food Truck (a big hit with customers last week) returns bringing their ‘raw’ innovation to us alongside the plant-based comfort foods of Freakin’ Vegan. (This combination will not happen again till November.) 
 
This weekend looks like our final taste of summer before the season eventually cools. So come join us and enjoy a warm summery Sunday with an artisan ice cream sandwich from Luxx Chocolat.  The OUTSIDE IN espresso bar opens at 8am serving exclusive parisian pastries from Chef Won of La Tabatiere Bakery.
 
We would like to welcome back several core vendors making their first “Harvest Season” appearance: Baron’s International, Coyote Kitchen, and Ol’ Darlin.
 
Don’t forget to collect and use those “SOUK” bucks!

New & Notable This Week:

Deliciously Alicia’s (Gluten Free & Organic): Special additions: Pizza, Calzones, and Cannolis.

Freakin’ Vegan: Empanadas, Pot Pies, Tamales, Tarts, Chili and Pastas. (Specials vary weekly, with empanadas always on the menu.)

Kimchi Culture (Guest Vendor): Ancestral and modern Korean recipes based in the science of fermentation. Expect standard and seasonal mixes, including vegan versions options. Special: Authentic Bulgogi (Korean BBQ beef) from scratch!

Luxx Chocolat: Luxxelles Artisan Ice Cream Sandwiches – 10 flavors this week featuring NEW Bananas Foster and Big Bang Mocha (made with locally roasted Indonesian Java coffee beans). Chef Lisa also introduces Luxx’Mores (a creative upscale reinvention of traditional campfire s’mores), Fig & Local Grape Brandy Artisan Dulce de Leche, Gluten-free Salted Caramel Wafers, and Classic Hot Fudge.
