This week, we welcome guest vendor Abeetz Pizza Truck. with their gold tiled brick oven imported from Italy turning out delicious thin crust pizza. Owner David D’Amico was born and raised in Westchester but his roots derive from San Fratello, Sicily and Naples, Italy. The pizzaiolo takes bits and pieces of the cooking methods and ingredients he saw growing up from both sides of the family and twists them with modern ideas to create exciting new pizza.
Also returning this week by popular demand is Raw Roots Cafe Food Truck with their inventive dishes, all raw and vegan.
