Many specialty varieties available (but not limited to), mild (Poblano-Jalapeño types), mid-range (Serrano-Pequin), scorchers (Habaneros & Scotch Bonnets) & super-hots (Naga Morich Ghost), to the hottest in the world (The Carolina Reaper). Seeds packets also available.
Gyro Uno Food Truck: (Guest Vendor). Classically trained chef cooking scratch-made Greek-Mediterranean inspired street food with kicked-up flavors. Everything is made on the truck, including stocks, broths, marinades, tzatziki, tahini, vinaigrettes, sauces & seasonings. Expect gyros, souvlaki, falafel, salads & skewers with a special menu for kids.
McGrath Cheese Co.: Artisan producer & award winning cheesemaker Colin McGrath located in New York’s Hudson Valley, hand-crafting every sweet & creamy batch using only the best milk available from small local dairies.
A Taste of Sicily: (New Vendor). Sicilian born Enzo Scorsone brings homemade Caponata, Sundried Tomato Pesto, Pomodoro Secchi, Olive Artigiana, Roasted Garlic, spreads & condiments. Plus, imported Italian pastas.
