Anna Maria’s Foods: Unexpected savory & sweet jams, tomato sauces and salad dressings from their Torino, Italy originated family recipes. Plus a fine selection of cheeses and charcuterie chosen by owner, Dominique Debroux.
Dan Madura Farm: Home grown produce from the black dirt region of NY including a large variety of exotic mushrooms: Maitake (hen of the woods), Shiitake, Yellow & Grey Oyster, King Oyster, Pioppini, Lion’s Mane, Beech, Crimini & Portobello’s.
Deep Roots Farm: Located in Hudson NY on 12 acres, their mission is to provide local communities with access to high-quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables through means of organic and sustainable crop production. The farm adheres to all NOFA-NY organic standards and is in transition to becoming certified organic. They also make great specialty products such as pickles, hot sauces, salsas, pestos, and kimchi.
Deliciously Alicia’s: Gluten-free and organic savory & sweet prepared foods including empanadas, pot pies, focaccia and Alicia’s famous crumbcake.
DiRiso Risotto Balls: Homemade Italian food by Hastings based Riccardo Befi including 3 varieties of risotto balls, fresh mozzarella, pesto, and cappacola sandwiches (with roasted red peppers, roasted eggplant, arugula, fresh mozz & truffle oil on focaccia).
Hillrock Estate Distillery: Solera aged bourbon plus estate single malt & rye whiskeys. “Our mission is to produce the finest hand-crafted spirits made with our own grain, floor malted, craft distilled in our copper pot still, aged in fine oak and hand bottled at our estate in the Hudson Valley Highlands.”
Let Them EAT PITA: Vegetarian, healthy and homemade foods such as made-to-order falafel sandwiches, hummus bowls, Israeli chopped salads and other middle eastern delicacies from their brand new mobile food cart.
Northern Comfort Catering Co (NoCo): Specializing in real BBQ and famous for their pulled pork, baby back ribs, corn souffle and mac n’ cheese, NoCo is a full service catering company.
