Come celebrate a Father’s Day at “The SOUK” with us. As a special Father’s Day treat, enjoy free craft beer from Industrial Arts Brewing Co or bottomless coffee from Irving Farm Coffee Roasters on us!
(In case of rain, we will have plenty of seating inside and you can order food at the coffee bar to be delivered to you).

Enter to win a bottle of spirits from Hillrock Estate Distillery (either solera-aged bourbon or single malt rye whisky) or a picnic basket of market provisions (approximately $100). Reply back to this e-mail with the subject “Raffle” or come to the market before the drawing to enter. Winner will be announced at 11:00am and must be present to receive prize.

Coyote Kitchen: Small batch jams, jellies & marmalades made with local, seasonal fruits and herbs from Hudson Valley farms plus nut butters by Vermont Peanut Butter Company.
Dan Madura Farms:  Home grown produce from the black dirt region of NY including a large variety of exotic mushrooms: Maitake (hen of the woods), Shiitake, Yellow & Grey Oyster, King Oyster, Pioppini, Lion’s Mane, Beech, Crimini & Portobello’s.
Deep Roots Farm: Located in Hudson NY on 12 acres, their mission is to provide local communities with access to high-quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables through means of organic and sustainable crop production. The farm adheres to all NOFA-NY organic standards and is in transition to becoming certified organic. They also make great specialty products such as pickles, hot sauces, salsas, pestos, and kimchi.
Deliciously Alicia’s:  Gluten-free and organic savory & sweet prepared foods including empanadas, pot pies, focaccia and Alicia’s famous crumbcake.
Hillrock Estate Distillery:  Solera aged boubon plus estate single malt & rye whiskeys. “Our mission is to produce the finest hand-crafted spirits made with our own grain, floor malted, craft distilled in our copper pot still, aged in fine oak and hand bottled at our estate in the Hudson Valley Highlands.”

JK Brenner’s Sauce + Spice Co: Started by Kendell Brenner and his 8-year-old son. All of their sauces and spices are handcrafted and packed to ensure great goodness in each bottle and package.

Let Them EAT PITA:  Vegetarian, healthy and homemade foods such as made-to-order falafel sandwiches, hummus bowls, Israeli chopped salads and other middle eastern delicacies from their brand new mobile food cart.  

The Luscious Little Dessert Company:   All natural southern style pies, pound cakes, cookies & moist breads inspired by owner Diana’s great grandmother “Big Ma”.
The OUTSIDE IN Coffee Bar:  Serving quality, ethically-sourced coffee from Irving Farm Coffee Roasters.  Roasted daily in the Hudson Valley. 
Paolo’s Kitchen:  Italian dinners on-the-go, prepared from scratch providing busy families the opportunity to eat healthy, home-cooked meals.  “We buy from local producers, using only the best possible ingredients and let the natural flavors do the work”, says owner Paolo Viera.
Rebecca’s Paradise: Natural skin care products including facial cleansers, moisturizers, toners, masks, oils, bath and body, lip balms and scrubs for face & body.
Southtown Farms:  First generation family farm specializing in pasture raised chicken and pork on 60 acres in Blairstown and Lafayette NJ. Also offering grass-fed beef and lamb from Black Run Farm. All products are antibiotic and hormone free and certified Non-GMO. Certified “Veteran Grown” by the Homegrown by Heroes program. 
Wave Hill Breads: “The best bread on the East Coast”  (The Splendid Table, NPR).   Breads and pastries crafted from organic whole grains milled at their artisan micro-bakery in Norwalk, CT.
