This Week’s Vendors:

Acorn Hill Farm: A small goat farm in the mid-Hudson Valley producing fresh and aged cheeses (made with vegetarian rennet), yogurt, and fudge using only milk produced by their herd of dairy goats.

Asian Farmer Dumplings:  Made-from-scratch dumplings using local ingredients. Chicken, pork and vegetable choices.

Baron’s International Kitchen:  Authentic Caribbean sauces, marinades and condiments made in the Hudson Valley.

Coyote Kitchen: Small batch jams, jellies & marmalades made with local, seasonal fruits and herbs from Hudson Valley farms plus nut butters by Vermont Peanut Butter Company.

Dan Madura Farms:  Home grown produce from the black dirt region of NY including a large variety of exotic mushrooms: Maitake (hen of the woods), Shiitake, Yellow & Grey Oyster, King Oyster, Pioppini, Lion’s Mane, Beech, Crimini & Portobello’s.

Deep Roots Farm: Located in Hudson NY on 12 acres, their mission is to provide local communities with access to high-quality, nutritious fruits and vegetables through means of organic and sustainable crop production. The farm adheres to all NOFA-NY organic standards and is in transition to becoming certified organic. They also make great specialty products such as pickles, hot sauces, salsas, pestos, and kimchi.

Deliciously Alicia’s:  Gluten-free and organic savory & sweet prepared foods including empanadas, pot pies, focaccia and Alicia’s famous crumbcake. 

diRiso Risotto Balls: Homemade Italian food by Hastings based Riccardo Befi including 3 varieties of risotto balls, fresh mozzarella, pesto, and cappacola sandwiches (with roasted red peppers, roasted eggplant, arugula, fresh mozz & truffle oil on focaccia).

The Fish Dock: Featuring wild caught fish from the pristine waters of Iceland and flown in regularly to provide the freshest quality products.

Hillrock Estate Distillery:  Solera aged bourbon plus estate single malt & rye whiskeys. “Our mission is to produce the finest hand-crafted spirits made with our own grain, floor malted, craft distilled in our copper pot still, aged in fine oak and hand bottled at our estate in the Hudson Valley Highlands.”  

Let Them EAT PITA:  Vegetarian, healthy and homemade foods such as made-to-order falafel sandwiches, hummus bowls, Israeli chopped salads and other middle eastern delicacies from their brand new mobile food cart.  

Ol’ Darlin: High quality natural soaps, salves and other body care products using organic and natural ingredients source locally whenever possible.

The OUTSIDE IN Coffee Bar:  Serving quality, ethically-sourced coffee from Irving Farm Coffee Roasters.  Roasted daily in the Hudson Valley. 

Paolo’s Kitchen:  Italian dinners on-the-go, prepared from scratch providing busy families the opportunity to eat healthy, home-cooked meals.  “We buy from local producers, using only the best possible ingredients and let the natural flavors do the work”, says owner Paolo Viera.

Pine Island Brewery:  Award winning small batch, rustic brewery located in the Black Dirt Region making high quality genuine American craft beer.

Southtown Farms:  First generation family farm specializing in pasture raised chicken and pork on 60 acres in Blairstown and Lafayette NJ. Also offering grass-fed beef and lamb from Black Run Farm. All products are antibiotic and hormone free and certified Non-GMO. Certified “Veteran Grown” by the Homegrown by Heroes program. 

True Food: Healthy organic prepared foods including packaged salads, ready-to-eat sandwiches, burritos, gluten-free baked goods and more from Nyack’s Pamela Schultz using produce from local farms.

Wave Hill Breads:  “The best bread on the East Coast”  (The Splendid Table, NPR).   Breads and pastries crafted from organic whole grains milled at their artisan micro-bakery in Norwalk, CT.
