Welcome, Saratoga Crackers, journeying  all the way from Saratoga, NY.  A perfect complement to soups, artisan cheeses & spreads found in the market this week.  Also, returning to The SOUK this week from last year is The Real Vegan with deliciously healthy Faux Gras & Superfood Pesto.
