Five Senses Food Truck:  Puerto Rican inspired cuisine with a twist

Handsome Bread Company:  Wood fired pizza & flatbreads made to order in Tom Daly’s outdoor oven using market-sourced toppings and local ingredients

Jolirose Cake Shop:  Award winning cakes, pies, tarts, cupcakes, macaroons & cookies

J & K Brenner’s Sauce & Spice Co:  Hot sauces, spice blends & specialty sauces by Chef Kendell Brenner and his son Jordan.

Ol’ Darlin:  All natural body care products; handmade soaps and salves

Penny Lick Ice Cream Company:  Old-fashioned custard based ice cream using only simple, fresh & locally sourced ingredients made in small batches

Returning vendors for April 3rd:

Arlotta Food Studios:  Organic Olive Oils, Herbal and Fruit Infused Oils, Balsamic Vinegars, tapenades & organic handmade air dried pasta.

Bien Cuit:  Breads, muffins & viennoiserie.

Corona D’oro: Pesto in six varieties. Basil, Cilantro, Sun Dried Tomato, Spinach/Basil Vegan, Greek & Kale…. (Hosted by The Pickle Man)

Dan Madura Farms:  Local produce from the black dirt region of NY including kale, swiss chard, lettuces, arugula, spinach, potatoes, 15 – 20 varieties of exotic mushrooms (including maitake, shiitake, king oyster, lion’s mane, Pioppini), garlic, onions, eggs & more. (Note: Dan Madura Farms is not affiliated with John D. Madura Farms).

Dutch Girl Cheese:  Raw milk cow, sheep & goat cheese

Irving Farm Coffee Roasters:  Coffee roasted here in the Hudson Valley.  Come get your pour-overs or take your beans and go home.

La Talaye Catering:  International Cuisine with a Caribbean twist.
