Week II: Three new vendors this week

Week II: January 17th, 2016.

We are pleased to welcome in three new vendors this week:

The Pickle Man (award winning pickles & olives from upstate NY), Corona D’oro (Pestos) & NY Chup (small batch ketchups)…  Also special guest vendor Mo’Pweeze Bakery (delicious allergen-free desserts) is back!

Below is a list of vendor offerings for this Sunday.

Arlotta Food Studios:

Organic olive oils, herbal & fruit infused oils, balsamic vinegars, tapenades & organic handmade air dried pasta.

Bien Cuit:

Breads, muffins & viennoiserie.

Corona D’oro:

Pesto in six varieties. Basil, Cilantro, Sun Dried Tomato, Spinach/Basil Vegan, Greek & Kale. (Hosted by The Pickle Man)

Dan Madura Farms:

Local Home Grown Produce from the black  dirt  region of NY! Exotic mushrooms: Maitake (hen of the woods),  Shiitake, Yellow & Grey Oyster, King Oyster, Pioppini, Lion’s Mane,  Beech, Crimini, & Portobello’s.

Dutch Girl Cheese:

Raw milk cow, sheep & goat cheese.

La Talaye Catering:

Organic baked chicken in a jerk Creole sauce over rice and local beans.

Soups (all vegan) – Green lentil coconut-ginger & black bean.

Super-food kale & quinoa salad, Caribbean slaw, pickles & marinated chickpeas, beets & onions.

Caribbean patties stuffed with organic local veggies or beef.

Maria’s Biscotti & Gourmet Edibles: 

Stuffed breads.  16 varieties.  Featuring their most popular &  all-time favorite,  “The Palermo”: Grilled chicken breast, broccoli rabe, provolone & parmesan cheese.

NY Chup:

Chef inspired handcrafted, small batch ketchup from husband and wife team Andy Blackman  &  Dina Weinberg. Chef Andy is a graduate of  a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over 30 years of professional experience.  NY Chup uses seasonal ingredients & sweetens their all natural ketchups with pure cane sugar and unsulphured molasses never use high fructose corn syrup.
