Freakin’ Vegan: Plant-based and delicious prepared comfort foods including their famous empanadas plus pot pies, tamales, tarts, chili, pastas and more.  (New Vendor)

Luxx Chocolat is back with six flavors of Luxxelles handcrafted ice cream sandwiches including  the NEW  Local Black Cherry Chipsweet (Luxxelles ice cream sandwiches are made with delicate wafers slathered in creamy caramel, covered with 72% dark chocolate and kissed with Sicilian Trapani sea salt).

FarmEats joins us again this week with NY State, 100% grass fed and finished beef (steak cuts & ground beef), pasture raised pork (chops, bacon, kielbasa, artisan sausage & roasts) and chicken (parts & whole).

Ol’ Darlin (soaps & salves), Wild Sea Salt and Coyote Kitchen (jams & marmalades) return this week.

Dan Madura Farms:  Home grown produce from the black dirt region of NY including a large variety of exotic mushrooms: Maitake (hen of the woods), Shiitake, Yellow & Grey Oyster, King Oyster, Pioppini, Lion’s Mane, Beech, Crimini & Portobello’s.

Paolo’s Kitchen:  Italian dinners on-the-go, prepared from scratch providing busy families the opportunity to eat healthy, home-cooked meals.  “We buy from local producers, using only the best possible ingredients and let the natural flavors do the work”, says owner Paolo Viera.
